Key Responsibilities

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the APAC region (Vietnam Location), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking, to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about regional labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to provide strategic insights.
  5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  6. Employer Branding: Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice in the APAC region through various channels and events.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: Minimum of 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the APAC region.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting across various industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the APAC Vietnam region are a plus.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  1. Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers across diverse cultures and time zones.
